This is a Contract: By
ACCEPTING these Terms & Conditions you will be entering into a CONTRACT
with DOTWISE
E-SOLUTIONS, the Company that owns the website and Internet domain - www.indimodels.com.
Objective of INDIMODELS .COM:
This site has been established to help aspiring models and actors to get
discovered by the Advertising and Entertainment industry, by providing
a facility to host E-PORTFOLIOS on the Internet. We are NOT a Model
Agency and we DO NOT give guarantees or promises of employment or assignments
as Actors or Models.
No Personal Contact required: All
business is conducted through the Internet and does not require us to
meet with anyone personally. Our contact Address will be given to all
Members and this maybe used only for Email contact and telephone communication.
Personal contact will be permitted only if the Company (DOTWISE E-SOLUTIONS)
requests it.
Meaning of E-Portfolio:
This is the term used by INDIMODELS to describe a pre-defined set of photographs
and brief information profile of the Model, which will be displayed on
the Website according to the Terms agreed upon by the Model and the Company.
We advise Caution: Dotwise E-Solutions
and INDIMODELS will not be responsible for verifying the genuineness of
prospective agents / model coordinators /clientele / hoax calls etc. The
address of the Model will NOT be disclosed to anybody and NOT be displayed
on the Internet by INDIMODELS. Interested clients will be able to contact
the Model by Email or SMS that is re-directed automatically from the website.
The Model is advised to take every precaution while dealing with individuals
and Companies before entering into any contract or personal meeting or
agreeing for audition.
Technical problems:
Though all efforts will be made to keep the site online 24 hrs a day,
365 days a year, DOTWISE
E-SOLUTIONS and INDIMODELS.COM will not be responsible for any internet
failure which is beyond its control.
